Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") and regulates the procedure for providing access to the premium subscription of the web application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.2. Subscription by the User means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Service Administration provides the User with access to the extended features of the Service within the premium subscription.

2.2. The User gets the ability to use the dish selection service without limitations, view recipes, and interact with the AI assistant.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1. The subscription cost is specified on the website.

3.2. Payment is made using one of the available methods indicated on the website.

3.3. The subscription is valid for the paid period and is activated after payment confirmation.

3.4. The subscription is non-refundable, except in cases provided for by law.

3.5. Automatic Subscription Renewal (Auto Payment)

3.5.1. When subscribing, the User can activate the automatic renewal feature (Auto Payment), which allows the subscription to be automatically renewed for the next period without additional actions from the User.

3.5.2. By activating Auto Payment, the User consents to regular automatic debiting of funds from their specified payment method in the amount of the subscription cost effective at the time of renewal.

3.5.3. Automatic debiting of funds occurs on the last day of the current paid subscription period.

3.5.4. Information about the date of the next automatic debit is displayed in the User's personal account on the profile page (/profile).

3.5.5. The User can disable the Auto Payment feature at any time in their account settings. Disabling Auto Payment must be done no later than 24 hours before the end of the current paid period.

3.5.6. In case of a failed debit (insufficient funds, payment method issues, etc.), the system will make up to 3 debit attempts within 3 days after the renewal date. If debiting fails after all attempts, the subscription will be automatically disabled.

3.5.7. The Service Administration reserves the right to change the terms of Auto Payment, notifying the User at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Service Administration undertakes to provide access to premium features after payment.

4.2. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the terms of the Terms of Service.

4.3. The Service Administration reserves the right to make changes to the functionality of the premium subscription without degrading its quality.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

5.2. The Service Administration is not responsible for technical failures caused by third-party actions.

5.3. The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies for generating recipes and recommendations. The Service Administration is not responsible for the results of cooking dishes according to the suggested recipes. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of recipes and agrees to critically evaluate the suggested recommendations, as the neural network may make errors. It is strongly recommended to verify all ingredients, proportions, and cooking methods before use.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Service Administration has the right to make changes to the terms of the Offer, notifying Users about it.
